We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected resale activity.

In the event of a pricing, listing, or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the affected item, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will process and ship orders in accordance with the shipping timeframes stated on our website, if any. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Apothème is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information, or delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Return and Refund Policy

For clarity, used or burned candles are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Returns are accepted only within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@apotheme.com and include your order number and supporting photos of the item and packaging.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole but reasonable discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

7. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly. By purchasing from Apothème, you agree to follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Apothème is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of products in an unsafe manner.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
