Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Apothème, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles. Because our products are personal-use home fragrance items, we maintain the following return standards.

Returns

We accept returns only within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • unburned
  • in its original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Any used, burned, altered, or damaged-after-delivery candles are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • candles that have been used or burned
  • items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • items not in original packaging
  • gift cards
  • sale or clearance items, if marked final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment within a reasonable time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
