At Apothème, we carefully prepare each order to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully packaged.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and any announced closure periods.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Apothème is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Apothème is not responsible for shipping delays, transit interruptions, lost packages, or delivery exceptions caused by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating a delayed package or filing a carrier claim where appropriate.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Apothème is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- verify the shipping address on your order
- check around your property and with neighbors or building management
- contact the carrier directly
- contact us at sales@apotheme.com so we can try to assist
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@apotheme.com and include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the shipping box and packaging
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@apotheme.com with your order number and photos of the item received.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to USA. We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain locations at any time.
Delayed Shipment Notice
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated on our website, or if no timeframe is stated, within the period required by applicable law, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and, where required, the option to cancel for a refund.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
